There’s a lot to be learnt in Mary Shelley’s classic story about the dangers of messing with the natural order and the hubristic consequences of playing God, but that doesn’t stop the super-talented Jennifer Latour from creating absolutely stunning Frankenstein-flower photography for all of us to enjoy.
Jennifer uses her spiffy skills with special effects makeup artistry to merge different stems and flora together in order to construct new, almost alien species, in ways that are both magical and mesmerising. Her photography is not only pretty dang nice on the eyes, but it also helps to display the interconnectedness of nature and life itself.
