Our latest scrummy crush comes from food blogger The Gook, who's added a hint of ginger and some coconut for a white chocolate cheesecake with an Asian twist. The polka dot styling is the icing on the cake, as it were, and we've cleared a place in the fridge in preparation to slide some moulds on in.
