We here at frankie are partial to pretty much all types of cheeses, but we have to admit that it's brie cheese that we're especially taken with. It's soft, creamy and matches perfectly with any type of cracker, so we reckon that all you fellow brie-lovers will absolutely adore this baked brie recipe made by the clever folks over at Spoon Fork Bacon.
