The Sydney artist is shaking up the ceramics scene with his wonky pieces in pastel colours.
The word ‘ceramic’ probably brings up images of smooth, monotone objects; a simple mug, perhaps, but not the weird and wonderful forms of Sydney artist Glenn Barkley. Up until a few years ago, Glenn had been a senior curator at Sydney's Museum of Contemporary Art for many moons. Now that he's jumped ship, he's shaking up the ceramics scene with his wonky, colourful pieces. His work isn't your average bit of pottery and as such, neither are his prices.
