My biggest pet peeve is…When people say they don’t like pop music. It completely stomps on how innovative and fun the genre is by glossing over such a massive amount of music!
The best time of the year is…Fall in New York! I didn’t grow up with seasons in California, and I love stepping on crunchy orange leaves in a park nearby while a cold breeze hits my face.
I am obsessed with…Watching movies. They are such a great way to connect with people of all backgrounds, and they can teach us so much in the process.
If I could travel anywhere, it would be…Hong Kong. I grew up visiting HK to see my family, but I haven’t been able to formally go back in over a decade.
On days off you can find me…Lazing around in the park watching planes go by. Being in a park is the perfect middle ground between spending time alone while surrounded by loads of people.
My ideal summer day is spent…Wandering around an air-conditioned museum exhibit. Sunshine is great…in doses.
The best musician I’ve seen live is…Jungle. I went to a show they did last year in New York and had the absolute best time.
The first thing I do in the morning is…Make an iced coffee! I genuinely look forward to my iced maple latte so much that I sometimes have trouble sleeping the night before. I think I need to take a break from coffee.
Something I couldn’t live without is…Gum. I used to be a chronic nail-biter, and the one thing that’s helped me from stopping is always having a supply of gum in my purse.
I’ll never get tired of…Musicals! If you see me on the street, I’m probably listening to Hairspray.
