Adelaide: the Bowerbird Design Market is back, just in time for you to nab a last-minute Mother’s Day pressie.
Adelaidians! Design-lovers! People who like nice things! We do hereby inform you that the Bowerbird Design Market is back this weekend, with over 160 rad independent designers, makers and other crafty types selling their wares (including Julie White, Naomi Murrell and For Me By Dee – all of whom you may have spied around these here parts).
Should you find yourself inspired by this bounty of creative talent, you might like to take part in one of the market’s nifty workshops. There’ll be sessions dedicated to letterpress printing, origami and (that perennial crafty crush) pom pom-making. Oh, and there’ll be plenty of artisan-made grub to keep you fuelled (from Sicilian street food to French patisserie), and a live DJ, too.
Pop past the Wayville Pavilion, Adelaide Showground between 4pm and 9pm this Friday, or between 10am and 5pm this Saturday and Sunday, to join in the fun times, and head over this way to inspect the full rundown of stallholders.
