This baked beauty by Twigg Studios is proof that savoury dishes can be pretty, too. While the tart’s filling is super-simple (ricotta, parmesan and caramelised shallots – yummo!) its topping is a little more elaborate. The process involves delicately twisting thin slices of beetroot, sweet potato and butternut pumpkin into rosettes. The end result is worth the hassle, though – after being popped in the oven, the rosettes gently curl, and eventually resemble a dried bouquet of roses. How sweet!
