Here's the truth: we go a little bit ga-ga over anything to do with the Californian oasis that is Palm Springs. It's hard not to when the city is a desert-based bubble of awesomeness, filled with some of our favourite things: palm trees, pools, Mid-century architecture and great ice-cream, for instance.
