tunesday - the falls

They've fallen in love, they've broken up, they've made some pretty tunes.

They've fallen in love, they've broken up, they've made some pretty tunes. Sydney folk duo The Falls used to be a couple, but they've now decided making sweet music brings the best out of both of them. Their debut EP is out on Friday and we'd like to recommend it to you. To get a taste, have a gander at the lovable video to the left. Hollywood is the title of their record, named after the pub in Sydney where they met and first began performing. In fact, all of the reverb on their tracks was recorded in the men's loos in the basement of the bar! Or, as they call it, the 'pee-verb'. To find out more, check out their website here.

Fun fact: they have also played a gig from a bed where they pretended to be John and Yoko. Could've had us fooled.
