Confession: we’ve been known to sing an appreciative ditty to a warm, crispy pastry moments before we take our first bite, but this situation is a little different. Here it’s Le Pie singing to us – or more specifically, the sassy lass from Sydney with the delicious flan-themed name.

Making her musical start in bands with more of a punk and screamy tinge, these days she’s writing solo tunes inspired by ‘50s and ‘60s girl groups. You’ll dance! You’ll smile! You’ll feel a surprising number of pent-up emotions! Hit play on the video below to see what we mean.
