If you wince at the word ‘taxidermy’, never fear! Local designer Robyn Lees-West creates stunning faux taxidermy birds – the key word being faux. Robyn's colourful creatures are each made from recycled fabrics and stitched over many hours. “I’ve promised to make a life-sized Cassowary before the end of the year," she says.
