There’s just something about handmade objects and stop-motion animation that makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside – like the more digital our lives become over time, the more the old-school arts enchant us. So it’s no surprise that we’ve gone a little weak at the knees for the work of Taiwan-born illustrator and animator Taili Wu AKA Monster Shaper. The imaginative lass has made a host of tiny handcrafted set pieces, including this cute-as-can-be pizza delivery van, a geometric burger and an astronaut surrounded by eyeball plants. Not only that, but she’s made them move in mini films – head over to her website to watch all her wondrous work in motion.
