malin koort’s tiny paper people

Behold, some little paper pals that perch right on the edge of your desk.

Look, we’ve never really outgrown dolls. They’re friendly little folk (except for when they turn evil and want to kill you, of course – we’re sure you’ve seen the films), and we reckon these guys would do very nicely for perching on the edge of our desks, keeping us company all the livelong day.

Swedish artist Malin Koort makes the little ladies and gents in question, the latest in her series of paper art projects. They each have a distinct and curious personality – probably due to the fact that Malin draws her inspiration from odd characters she encounters out and about. Head over to her website for more.
