Inspired by the idea that dogs love the smell of their owners' clothes (and if given their way will happily nest in a pile of dirty shirts), this clever contraption designed by Koichi Suzuno and Shinya Kamuro utilises the pong of your favourite old tee in a kind of trampoline bed for dogs.

What's more, they've been nice enough to share the blueprints online, so if you're handy with a bit of sawing and hammering you can knock one up for yourself and your favourite furry friend.

The design is part of a wider project called Architecture for Dogs, which also includes adventure mazes made from cardboard tubes, prams for elderly mutts and hovering dog houses – all of which you can make yourself if you're that way inclined.
